The Usui System of Reiki Healing and I am a full member of the Reiki Association.
The body will communicate our deepest truths and wisdom if we allow it to and it has its own intelligence. Reiki can help to release stored feelings and emotions and bring them to the surface in order for them to be dealt with.
Humans are programmed for connection and Reiki can help us to reconnect with ourselves which can help us to feel secure, grounded and rooted. Our modern hectic lifestyle can work against us making us feel disconnected from ourselves and the people we love.
Reiki works with vibrational energy, and it works to engage our parasympathetic nervous system which brings us into a rest and digest state, which means we can then feel calm and relaxed. Reiki is a fantastic tool for anyone who suffers with anxiety, stress and overwhelm and is a great sensory self care tool, and has very similar benefits to meditation practices.
When we are in our rest and digest state, which is normal we can think more clearly, process what is going on for us, make decisions effectively and plan effectively. We are rational and calm and in control of our emotions.
Reiki essentially recharges us and enables us to cope with the every day stresses and strains of modern life.
Reiki is a great tool and powerful tool for so much including ; self healing, personal development, relaxation, anxiety relief, wellbeing, sleep issues, and so much more.

Reiki 1
During the training day you will learn about the history of Reiki and it’s origins, how it works, what it can be used for and will practice self healing.
We will have time for a nurturing meditation practice and you will receive a Reiki 1 attunement.
You will receive a certificate of attendance and a manual.
Reiki 2
Practitioner level
You will go onto learn about the Reiki symbols, distance healing and practicing on others as well as setting up as a Reiki practitioner.
You will also receive your second Reiki attunment, manual, and certificate of attendance.
Fees
Reiki groups of no more than 6 participants
- Reiki 1 £95
- Reiki 2 £150
(Payment Installments accepted)
Reiki 1-2-1 training either at your home or mine
- Reiki 1 £200
- Reiki 2 £250
