Others are looking for practical tools, strategies and direction.

 

Many people benefit from a combination of both.

 

Drawing on counselling, coaching, psychoeducation, mindfulness and somatic approaches, I aim to help you understand yourself more deeply, build resilience and create meaningful change that feels sustainable.

 

Working with Young People

 

Although my practice is primarily focused on adults, I am happy to consider working with mature young people aged 15–17 where the presenting issues fall within my areas of expertise.

 

This may include support with:

 

  • Neurodivergence (including ADHD and Autism)

  • Emotional regulation

  • Anxiety and overwhelm

  • Self-esteem and confidence

  • Identity and self-understanding

  • Stress, burnout and life transitions

I recognise that adolescence can be a time of significant change and self-discovery.

 

My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate and collaborative space where young people can better understand themselves, develop emotional resilience and build confidence in who they are.

 

I do not routinely work with younger children, and I carefully consider each enquiry to ensure it falls within my experience, competence and the support I can safely provide.

 

Where appropriate, parental consent and involvement will be discussed in line with professional, ethical  guidance.
