I believe that dreams, goals, and ambitions are a natural part of being human — and that to create the life we want, we must first feel worthy of it.
My role is to help you find that sense of worth, clarity, and direction, so you can move forward with confidence.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult chapter, seeking to understand yourself, your past, present and future more deeply, or striving toward new goals, I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore challenges, process emotions, and gain fresh perspectives.

My Approach
I use a fusion of counselling, coaching, and therapeutic techniques to support your mind, body, and spirit:
Coaching – helps you set clear, achievable goals and take practical steps toward them.
Counselling – provides a safe, confidential space to reflect, heal, and gain insight.
Mindfulness & CBT – builds self-awareness and reshapes unhelpful thought patterns.
Gestalt Therapy – encourages you to fully experience and understand your emotions and relationships.
Alternative Therapies – including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), guided meditation, Indian Head Massage, and Reiki (if requested) to support relaxation and healing.
We can work together with a structured plan or allow the process to unfold naturally, exploring the root causes of distress — often linked to unrealistic expectations or limiting self-beliefs — and creating a more empowering story about your life.
