The 6 Week Online ADHD Group Coaching Programme with Helen Hoyte is designed to provide practical strategies, peer support and guidance for adults with ADHD.
This programme combines ADHD coaching with a supportive group environment, helping you build focus, confidence and balance.
Each week explores tools and techniques to manage challenges, improve organisation and increase self-awareness.
By joining online ADHD group coaching, you can connect with others who share similar experiences, learn new approaches and gain the confidence to create lasting positive change in your daily life.

Who this is for
Adults with ADHD (diagnosed or suspected) who want clear structure, compassionate accountability, and realistic tools for time, energy, and emotion regulation. Friendly, trauma‑informed, neurodiversity‑affirming.

What we cover (week by week)
Week 1 — Understanding ADHD
Executive functions, emotional dysregulation, and an ADHD‑friendly mindset.
Week 2 — Time, Planning & Prioritising
Time blindness fixes, simple daily planning, future thinking you’ll actually do.
Week 3 — Motivation & Energy
Task initiation, gentle strategies for RSD, pacing and energy management.
Week 4 — Emotional Regulation
Shame, overwhelm, self‑compassion, quick grounding tools for tough moments.
Week 5 — Communication & Boundaries
Advocacy, saying no, relationships at home and work.
Week 6 — Integration & Next Steps
Build your own ADHD toolkit, celebrate wins, plan the next 30 days.

Bookings made after 15th December will be accepted and charged at £350 and must be paid in full upon booking.

This is coaching, not therapy. It’s practical, skills-based, and future-focused.
Many people find it complements counselling well.

Terms & Conditions
1. Commitment
This 6-week ADHD Group Coaching programme is designed for a small group (maximum 6 people).
By booking your place, you are committing to the full programme and fee.
2. Payment
The programme fee is £300 per person.
Payment is due in by 15th December 2025. Bookings will be accepted after this date at a higher cost of £350 and payment will be required upon booking (receipt of booking form and invoice)
A payment plan of 2 × £150 or 3 x £100 may be agreed in advance.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your place to another person up to 7 days before the programme begins.
In exceptional circumstances, at the coach’s discretion, you may be offered a transfer to a future cohort.
4. Attendance
There are no catch-up sessions or recordings. Please ensure you can attend the scheduled dates.
If you miss a session, you will still receive the weekly materials and can continue with the group the following week.
5. Coaching vs Therapy
This is a coaching programme, not therapy. It is educational and skills-based, focused on practical tools.
If you require therapy or clinical treatment, please seek appropriate support alongside coaching.
6. Confidentiality
All participants agree to keep group discussions confidential.
You are welcome to share your own insights and experiences outside the group, but not other participants’ stories.
7. Accessibility & Group Guidelines
Cameras are optional. Participation is encouraged but never forced.
You may stand, move, or take breaks at any time.
Kindness, respect, and psychological safety are expected at all times.
8. Disclaimer
The programme is offered in good faith and results vary by individual.
The coach is not responsible for outcomes beyond the scope of the sessions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to join?
No. Many people in the group have a formal diagnosis, but it’s not required.
If you identify with ADHD traits and think this course could help, you’re welcome.
What if I miss a session?
There are no recordings or catch-ups. If you miss a week, you’ll still receive the handouts and can rejoin the group the following week.
Will there be homework?
Yes, but it’s light and optional. You’ll get one small weekly challenge or reflection exercise to try. The aim is to make it realistic and ADHD-friendly.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a coaching programme. It’s practical, skills-based, and future-focused. If you need therapy, counselling, or medical care, this programme can sit alongside that but is not a replacement.
How many people are in the group?
The group is capped at 6 participants to make sure everyone has space to be heard and supported.
Do I have to talk or share personal details?
No. You’re encouraged to take part, but you can always choose how much or how little you share.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. All bookings are non-refundable. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your place to another person up to 7 days before the programme begins. In some circumstances, you may be offered a place in a future cohort at the coach’s discretion.
What do I need for the sessions?
Just a device with Zoom installed, a stable internet connection, and a notebook/pen if you like to jot things down.
I’m worried about focus/Zoom fatigue. Will I cope?
Yes. Sessions are 90 minutes with built-in grounding, pauses, and clear structure. You can move, fidget, or take breaks whenever you need.
