My workshops are designed to help you better understand how your mind and body work — and to give you practical tools you can use in everyday life.

 

Blending psychoeducation, nervous system awareness, and experiential practice, these are not sit-and-listen sessions.

 

They are calm, supportive spaces where you can begin to:

 

  • Make sense of your experiences
  • Reconnect with your body
  • Learn how to regulate and support yourself
  • Feel more grounded, resourced, and in control

Coming Home to Your Nervous System


A One-day experiential workshop

 

🌿 A gentle, experiential day to help you understand your nervous system — and begin to feel more at home in yourself.

 

If you often feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or like your reactions don’t quite make sense, this workshop will help you begin to understand why.

 

This is not just a workshop where you sit and listen.

 

It’s a guided, supportive experience where you’ll begin to reconnect with your body, understand your patterns, and learn how to support your nervous system in a way that actually works.

 

  • How the nervous system works
  • Stress responses
  • The brain under pressure
  • Micro-stress
  • Body awareness
  • Regulation tools

✨ By the end of the day, you will have the tools to better:

 

  • Understand how your brain and nervous system respond to stress, overwhelm, and safety.
  • Begin to make sense of your reactions (and reduce self-judgement)
  • Recognise your own patterns and early signs of overwhelm.
  • Feel more connected to your body and internal signals
  • Learn simple, effective tools to regulate your nervous system
  • Leave with a personalised toolkit you can continue using in everyday life

  • How your nervous system works (fight, flight, freeze, fawn)
  • The brain’s role in stress and overwhelm
  • Why your thinking brain goes offline under pressure
  • Arrival and welcome
  • Understanding your nervous system
  • How past experiences shape present reactions
  • The impact of repeated stress and “micro-stress” over time
  • The connection between ADHD, sensitivity, and nervous system overwhelm

 

This isn’t about what’s wrong with you —it’s about understanding what your system has learned, and how to support it now.

 

💛 Who This Workshop Is For

 

This workshop may be a good fit for you if you:

 

  • Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or burnt out
  • Struggle to understand your reactions
  • Are interested in the nervous system, trauma, or ADHD
  • Want practical tools to feel calmer and more regulated
  • Prefer a gentle, supportive, non-judgemental environment
  • You may suspect you have ADHD/Autism or Trauma (these can all overlap and interlink), and just want a better understanding or insight

No prior knowledge is needed.
