These are not sit-and-listen workshops.
They are calm, supportive spaces where you can slow down, explore what’s going on for you, and learn practical tools that genuinely help in everyday life.
You’re invited to come exactly as you are,
and take what feels right for you.
Workshop 1
🌿 Coming Home to Your Nervous System
A one-day experiential workshop
💛 A gentle day to slow down, understand your nervous system, and begin reconnecting with yourself.
So many of us spend our days pushing through, holding everything together, and trying to keep going, even when we feel overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted.
This workshop is an invitation to pause.
To breathe.
And to begin coming back to your body in a way that feels safe and manageable.
💛 This day may be for you if you:
• Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or burnt out
• Struggle to switch off or fully relax
• Feel disconnected from your body or emotions
• Find it hard to slow down without guilt
• Don’t always understand your reactions
You are not broken.
Your nervous system has simply learned ways to protect you, and this day will help you understand that with compassion.
🌿 What you may experience
• Simple, relatable teaching about how your nervous system works
• Understanding stress responses (fight, flight, freeze, shutdown)
• Recognising early signs of overwhelm
• Gentle body awareness and “here and now” practices
• Guided regulation tools (breath, movement, orienting)
• Space to rest, reflect, and integrate
This is a calm, supportive space, with no pressure to share or participate beyond what feels right for you.

• A clearer understanding of your nervous system
• Awareness of your own patterns and signals
• Simple tools to support you in everyday life
• A personalised, realistic self-regulation plan
• A deeper sense of connection to yourself
🌿 What the day looks like;
The day is intentionally paced gently, moving between learning, experiencing, and rest.
☕ Arrival from 9:30am
🌿 Workshop begins at 10:00 am
🍽️ Lunch break with a nourishing vegan meal
🌱 Practical tools, body-based exercises, and guided practices
🌌 Gentle integration and closing
✨ Core workshop finishes at 4:00 pm
You are warmly invited to stay for an optional final hour (4–5 pm) for:
• Q&A
• EFT tapping
• additional calming and regulation practices
• or simply more time to settle and be supported
