Contact
Taking the First Step
Reaching out for support can feel daunting.
You may have been thinking about counselling, coaching or supervision for a while, or perhaps something has happened recently that has prompted you to seek support.
Whatever brings you here, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
You don’t need to have the right words, know exactly what you’re looking for, or have everything figured out before making contact.
Sometimes people know precisely what they need support with.
Sometimes they simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right.
Both are okay.

Availability & Planned Time Off
I usually work Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm.
To support my wellbeing and the quality of my work, I take one week off approximately every six weeks.
Any planned time away is always shared in advance by email and taken into account when arranging sessions.
Meet Humphrey & Sandy 🐾
Many clients are greeted by my two Cockapoos, Humphrey and Sandy, who are much-loved members of both my family and my practice.
Although I never intentionally set out to have therapy dogs, over the years they have become a comforting and reassuring presence within the therapy room.
Humphrey is usually found curled up quietly under my chair, although he will almost certainly pop over to say hello first.
Sandy is wonderfully intuitive and often seems to know when someone needs a little extra comfort.
Occasionally she may come and sit nearby or gently rest beside you, although most of the time both dogs settle quietly and allow the session to remain the focus.
Many clients tell me that their presence helps them feel more relaxed and at ease.
However, not everyone enjoys being around dogs, and that is absolutely okay. If you would prefer dog-free sessions, simply let me know when booking and I will ensure they are not present during your appointment.
