🌿 Monthly Yoga for Anxiety 🌿
A calming 90-minute session to soothe stress, release tension, and reset your nervous system.
Feeling anxious, overstimulated or emotionally drained?
These monthly sessions are a safe space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and gently restore calm.
Held once a month on a Monday at 7pm, Yoga for Anxiety is a welcoming, trauma-informed session designed especially for those with sensitive nervous systems.
Whether you live with anxiety, chronic stress, or simply need space to decompress, you’ll be guided through grounding movement, breathwork, and calming practices to help regulate your mind and body.
No experience with yoga is needed.
These sessions are slow, supportive, and accessible to all levels.
🧘♀️ What to Expect
Each 90-minute class includes:
Gentle, somatic-based movement to release physical tension.
Breathing techniques to calm anxiety and support nervous system balance.
Stillness and guided relaxation to promote deep rest and emotional ease.
Space for quiet reflection and integration.
These sessions draw from therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and nervous system science.

When: 2nd Monday of every month.
Time: 7:00pm–8:30pm
Cost: £10 per session
