Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping

 

EFT Tapping is a simple, natural method to ease distress, anxiety, panic, overthinking, and negative thoughts.

 

It works by gently tapping on key energy points along your body—similar to acupuncture—to calm your fight-or-flight response and help shift your emotions.

 

How It Works:

 

Identify: Choose the specific issue and rate its intensity (0-10).


Set Up: Use a statement like, “Even though I feel anxious, I deeply accept myself.”


Tap: Tap on nine key points (from the side of your hand up to your head) while repeating a reminder phrase related to your issue.


Repeat: Complete the sequence a few times.


Reassess: Rate your intensity again and repeat if needed until you feel relief.


EFT blends ancient energy wisdom with modern psychology and is supported by research, making it a practical tool to regain control, soothe overwhelming feelings, and promote inner calm.
