Are you auditory visual or kinaesthetic? I am mostly kinesthetic which means I learn by doing and experiencing, I am a feeler. Kinaesthetic learners only make up 5% of the population also I’m slightly visual I see everything in pictures and create images in my head most of the time which is also common for neurodivergent people. Finding out what kind of learner you are can be hugely beneficial in understanding yourself and your inner workings.
In school or in the workplace knowing your learning style can help you to development confidence your communication and progress. Imagine if in schools and in the workplace this sort of approach was adopted how much happier students and staff would be when studying or working with their own natural tendencies and abilities rather than against them.
